Steamboat Solar worked with a sponsor to purchase seven systems in California.  The transaction provided liquidity to the former sponsor (deal closed in less than 60 days for cash).  Steamboat Solar offered the sponsor the opportunity to continue to profit from the systems by keeping them onboard for management responsibilities for the systems.
